Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Yes, we ship worldwide!
Q: May I request custom jewellery? How much does it cost and how long will it take?
A: Yes! The cost is according to complexity, time and materials involved but not much more than the regular shop prices.
Please send us an e-mail with your idea to get a quote.
Custom orders will usually be dispatched within 5 working days.
Q: My item arrived damaged/I received the wrong item, can you refund/replace it?
A: Yes, we can replace or refund it, please contact us straight away and send a photo of the damaged item or return the wrong item to us
and we'll send a new one or a refund.
A replacement will never be exactly the same as the first, as everything is a one-off, but we’ll do our very best for you!
Q: If my order gets lost, will I get a refund?
A: It's very rare that a package gets lost in the post.
If you have not received your item within 20 days of dispatch, please contact us for a refund or replacement.
Q: May I return my item and get a refund?
A: All sales are final, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged or you recieve the wrong item.
This is due to the time and effort in making each piece. Please be sure when ordering.

Q: What is the coin in your images that show the size of products?
A: The coin in all images is a British 10 pence piece. It is 25mm in diameter.
Q: I want to make polymer clay jewellery, could you help me?
A: Unfortunately we do not have the time to help everyone.
You can find help by searching for online tutorials on the internet, search for 'polymer clay miniature tutorials'.
We hope to be able to offer our own tutorials soon too.
Q: How should I take care of my jewellery?
A: Keep jewellery in a safe place when not in use, away from water, dust or direct sunlight.
Jewellery with any metal parts should be kept away from water, although polymer clay is water resistant, like plastic.
Clean with a soft dry fabric.
